User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:120.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/120.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In Settings, under Incoming Mails -> When new messages arrive, make sure "Show an alert" and "Use the system notification" are checked.
  2. Wait for a new mail notification.
  3. Click on it in the action centre or the pop-up that appears.

Actual results:

The notification disappears, which is expected.

Expected results:

The notification should disappear, and Thunderbird should open up.

Currently, Thunderbird doesn't open up.
