This highly useful tool would be needed on win32 so that more volunteers can do 
profiles which are very helpfull for developers to enhance performance.
Currently Jprof is just available on Linux.

What can be done about providing this for win32?
I'm certainly not the right owner for this bug.  Any takers?

although I could be wrong.
