Details

Currently the Glean Dictionary, and other tools (like DPV), rely on the doNotTrack property available through your browser. Rather than rely on the DNT flag, we can create a page for a user to explicitly opt-out or opt-in to first party telemetry.

This should be similar to how mozilla.org handles this: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/websites/data-preferences/
