User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Steps to reproduce:
Open multiple Mouser screens/tabs (5 to 40 or more) or are search for 5 to 40 or more products in Mouser in the same or new screens/tabs.
SeaMonkey 2.53.18
Useragent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:91.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/91.0
Buildnaam: 20231128204555
Computer:
HP xw8600
Memory: 32GB
Processor: 2 Intel Xeon CPU E5430 2.67 GHz
The computer works fine and very fast with all programs and all normal internetsites.
Actual results:
If you have multiple Mouser screens/tabs (5 to 40 or more) open or are searching for 5 to 40 or more products in Mouser, there is an extremely high memory and processor usage. The memory usage will become about 3GB (GigaByte). The processor usage will become about 20 to 40% or after more screens/tabs almost 100%. After this the computer is extremely slowing down till it freezes. If you closes all Mouser screens/tabs the memory usage will not lower on its own. The processor usage will become about 5 to 15%. After this the computer freezes about a fraction to an half second every 5 to 10 seconds. It is needed to restart SeaMonkey to clean the memory and lower the processor usage. After restarting SeaMonkey everything is normal.
The computer is still very fast with all programs and all normal internetsites. There is many free memory and harddisk space.
I have tried this at many computers with processors from Intel 80486 to Xeon E5430, almost all Windows from 95 to 10. and many Linux versions, almost every day, thousands of times at Mouser and other internet sites in almost 30 years.
This problem has existed since it was Netscape. Many internetsites have this problem.
Expected results:
No high memory and processor usage.
Firefox, Edge, Internet Explorer and Opera are working without this bug.
Still the same with:
