If turn on Always show scrollbars(Windows Settings > Accessibility > Visual effects > Turn on Always show scrollbars) then the scroll-bar is displayed

Also not visible on any macOS browser, for example. So I think this is WONTFIX.

For reference, Chrome does shows the scrollbar. I am fine with WONTFIX though :)

Yeah that's expected because Chrome on Windows11 doesn't (yet) support overlay scrollbars. The game is just relying on classic scrollbars.

No scrollbar on mac in Chrome or Safari with overlay scrollbars either.
