Details
Steps to reproduce:
Firefox installer sill uses old c++ redistributable 14.29
The current version is 14.38
There are 3 files: msvcp140.dll, vcruntime140.dll and vcruntime140_1.dll
Actual results:
Firefox still uses old version 14.29
Expected results:
Firefox should update to version 14.38 and keeps C++ redistributable updated.
