User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:121.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/121.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable the "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages" option,
  2. Now add an exception for some website,
  3. There is no exceptions UI present in the settings.

Actual results:

If I want to add an exception for the "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages" accessibility option, then it is not possible, because there isn't an exceptions UI.

Expected results:

Implement exceptions UI (Manage Exceptions...) for the "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages" accessibility option.

Thank you for the enhancement suggestion.
