We recently ran a successful experiment with two surveys to ask new profiles about their use and familiarity of Firefox Landing these strings in production will allow us to 1) localize the strings so that we can run experiments in other locales and 2) run these surveys on Mac.

I have verified this task using the steps provided here and I can confirm the following:
- The first "about:welcome" screen contains the "Time Based" survey strings.
- The second about:welcome" screen contains the "Familiarity" survey strings.
Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly 123.0a1 (Build ID: 20240108213208) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 14.1.1, and Ubuntu 22.04 x64.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
