Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable the "Enable picture-in-picture video controls" option,
  2. Now add an exception for some website,
  3. There is no exceptions UI present in the settings.

Actual results:

If I want to add an exception for the "Enable picture-in-picture video controls" accessibility option, then it is not possible, because there isn't an exception UI.

Expected results:

Implement exceptions UI (Manage Exceptions...) for the "Enable picture-in-picture video controls" accessibility option.
