image, used as submit button
If image, used as submit button for a form (into <input type="image">) have
transparency - it is rendered as <input type="text"> with image, placed over it.
I see such behaviour with trunk build 2002122708, but it was not available with
2002112608 so it looks like regression.
Testcase is provided.
