Reporter : did you overwrite 1.2.1 release ? If so, you made a *big* mistake, cf 1.3a release notes : http://www.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla1.3a/ "Installation Notes Install into a new empty directory. Installing on top of previously installed builds may cause problems." If you overwrite 1.2.1 release, try this : - uninstall mozilla 1.3a - delete mozilla folder (before do a backup of your plugins directory) - in your profile directory (see release notes to find it), remove chrome and cache directory, xul.mfl file. - now install again 1.3a release. Did this work ?
This worked. I make a habit of reading the release notes before installing, so I'm not sure how I missed this. Thanks for the assist!
