Sync web-platform-tests PR 43769 into mozilla-central (this bug is closed when the sync is complete).

This is a follow-up to Pull Request 38687 where the commit 74d3d84 failed the Continuous Integration check, wpt-decision-task, for unknown reason.

Somehow, it does not seem possible to keep the "TL" and "BR" text in the reference file. I added a few minor comments in the test to explain some values.
