pine & mozilla-beta repo doesn't have bug 1870675 landed. I'll look into uplifting after opt builds on autolands are fixed below.

As for autoland opt builds, it seems like all of these happen on fission-disabled tests on linux (Though I can't think of a reason why that'd cause significant slowdowns to cause a timeout). I see that compared to fission-enabled runs, fission-disabled runs use 2 processes, as backed by log lines "Using N child processes." That said, having that stretch ~6.6s runtime to 10+s seems... odd.

I'll paper over the timeout on no fission runs and try to uplift them for now, and file a followup.

Typically bugs are resolved when they land in Central, they don't get reopened to track uplifts to other repos.
