18717 - exiting from list causes an odd selection on the right margin

using build 1999111108 on win95, this is what I did:
1. launch apprunner
2. select File | New | Edit Blank Page
3. entered 5 lines of text
4. highlighted all 5 lines and selected bulleted list
5. set caret at the end of the 5th line
6. hit enter -- a new bullet was inserted (which I expected)
7. hit enter again -- this is where the problem occurred, I expected to be
exited from the list, instead the caret is set to the right margin and renders
the height of the list. I must hit the enter key one more time to exit the list
