1871896 - Buttons on profile manager look weird (washed out and no borders)

Use latest Nightly
Go to about:profiles
Click on "Create new profile"

AR: The buttons are greyed out, dont have border, and in general look weird. See attached screenshot.

Regression :
Bug 1870085 - Generalize gfxAlphaRecovery simd implementation r=jrmuizel,gfx-reviewers

Also get rid of unused code in the process.

The Troubleshoot Mode dialog's buttons are the wrong color, too. I'm using Windows 11 with the OS color mode set to Dark and the app color mode set to Light, if that matters.

STR:

1. Open Firefox's "Help" menu.
2. Select the "Troubleshoot Mode" menu item.
