Steps to reproduce:

I changed the Local Directory Message Storage.

Actual results:

The storage directory appears to have changed however, Thunderbird neglected to actually move the local messages (previously imported from an older version of Thunderbird) over. I had to close Thunderbird and manually move the message files and folders over.

Expected results:

When changing the local message storage, it should at least ask if you want to move the current messages over to the new directory, if not just automatically do it in the background.
