Steps to reproduce:

Not so easy to reproduce, but I see it multiple times every few minutes
I am just opening new Firefox Windows.
Perhaps Firefox needs to be idle some time, before this action.

Actual results:

A new windows open. Per default some menu/settings screen is display and moved to closed.
I attached a video, where you can see the behaviour (on Windows).
Perhaps you need to display the video frame-by-frame (or slower) to see the menu disappearing.

Expected results:

A new window shall open, without this menu/settings screen shown and disappearing.

Thanks for the video. I unfortunately can't reproduce, but several other people have reported this, so let's track in a single place: bug 1868232.
