Occasionally no options to share to other devices or apps appear

This has happened twice now. When I open Share, sometimes it will not display any options to share to another device or via another app. Just Send To Device (with nothing listed), Save As PDF, and Print. In both cases, installing a pending update (which forces a restart of the browser) resolved the issue. The time today was between christmas and new years, and I doubt many significant changes or fixes are being pushed on a thursday night, so I doubt it was a bug in Nightly that got fixed in the update; I suspect it was something that got messed up, and restarting the browser fixed it (combined with the fact I saw this once before). The first time I assumed it had been a regression in Nightly and the update fixed it; but a second case a few weeks later seems too large a coincidence.

Thank you for reporting this issue! I have set the severity to S3 due to the fact that restarting the browser seems to fix it, at least for a while. I tried reproducing the issue but could not get it. In case you manage to reproduce it, can you give us more details about the bug? Android version plus reproducing steps would also help.
