(xul) new mail notification opens mid screen (not at bottom right corner like it should)

Noticed in bug 1870512..
If you disable the system notification for incoming mail, the notification opens up at a weird location (mid screen-ish).
In 115 it's still working, opening at the right bottom of the screen.
STR: in the settings, untick When a new message arrives, "Use the system notification" [x].
Observe notification placement when a message arrives.

It works 115.0b1 and 115.0b6, but not on 116.0b1.

And, I can reproduce the issue on both comm-central 115.0a1(20230605101032), 116.0a1(20230605152201).
So,It is not possible bisection in comm-central.

Perhaps some early-beta enabled feature from mozilla-central. If it's linux only, maybe some wayland related change?
