• Affected platforms: macOS 13, Ubuntu 22.04, Windows 10 x64.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to https://finance.yahoo.com/videos/
2. Play any video.
3. Hover the mouse over the video and click on the Picture-in-Picture button.

Expected result

• The Picture-in-Picture button should be displayed upon mouseover, and clicking on it should open the PiP window.

Actual result

• The Picture-in-Picture button fails to display on mouse hover.

Regression range
This issue is a recent regression, not present in Firefox 121.

Additional notes

• Reproducible also on the Yahoo videos from: https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/tagged/videos/
• PiP windows can still be opened from the context menu.

Marking this as Resolved Invalid - discovered that the PiP button is not displayed due to lack of PiP support on Yahoo; the button appears after enabling it manually from the address bar.
