Steps to reproduce:

2. Scroll down the page.
3. Observe behaviour.

Expected Behaviour:
The comment section is displayed.

Actual Behaviour:
The comment section is missing.

Notes:

1. Screen rec attached
2. Reproducible with both Standard and Strict ETP in the Privade mode
3. Not reproducible on Firefox Release
4. Reproducible on Android as well

Moving to S4 as this bug does not fulfill the criteria for an exception in private browsing mode or ETP-Strict. This will likely be fixed with a shim.
