Firefox Mac (v121.0)
In some scenarios the list of devices under Send to Device (or Send Link to Device) appears to go out-of-sync with the actual connected devices and does not refresh on its own. When this happened for me I wasn't able to send or share a link to any of my connected devices from Firefox.
I tried logging out of all iOS devices and then logging back in to a single Mac + iPad but the Send to Device menu does not appear to update to reflect this. So I tried again after that, and logged out of everything except the Mac itself, but I still see the same stale items in the Send to Device menu on desktop.
I haven't yet been able to determine specific repro steps, will add any other information I can find.
Note: restarting the Mac desktop client caused the devices list to refresh, and I'm able to send links to devices after that.

Thank you for filing mreagan!
I'll take a look to see if our logic to synchronize the device list is off, we have push notifications that are meant to prevent exactly this case (fxa servers would send a push notification to devices to re-synchronize their lists) what you're experiencing here could be a failure in that flow.

IIUC we should also refresh after 2 minutes and browser-sync does a background ignoreCached refresh as soon as the UI is being shown, updating whatever UI is being shown. So none of this makes sense to me and I'd expect things to work fine even if push didn't work.

Given that it's fixed and we couldn't reproduce (or reasonably understand why it's happening) - there are no actionable steps here, I'll close as WORKSFORME, if it comes back or other users experience it we can re-open
