It's possible to individually configure the size of most things in the feature callout, but it's hard to keep track of all the sizes you need to use. We have 2 main templates now: a big callout and a mini callout. Big is the default, so it's easy to keep all the big callouts consistent. But when we implement a mini callout, it's not so easy to make sure you're sizing everything consistently with other mini callouts, and with the spec.

So, we'd benefit from adding a layout: "mini" option, in addition to the existing layout: "inline" option. I'd suggest calling it template, but that key is already taken. So, layout it is!

Here's the mini callout spec. The mini layout defaults should be defined in _feature-callout.scss so that, barring any inline CSS customizations in the JSON, it comes out looking like the mini callout spec instead of the big callout spec.

I recommend P2 priority, as this will come into play often, and save us a lot of time.
