187373 - remove gfx/src/icon_0.gif and icon_1.gif

the above LXR url finds occurences of the file names only in Makefiles and
MANIFEST files.

These images look like they were used as image placeholders, but these days,
that's done by broken-image.gif / loading-image.gif.

I'll attach a patch to remove references to these files from the Makefile.

This also makes MAKEFILE_RES obsolete, as that file only contaisn references to
these two files here.
