1874015 - Can no longer open-select-close bugzilla dropdowns in a single drag gesture

Steps to reproduce:

1. On macOS, on a bugzilla bug, click "Edit Bug".
2. Mousedown on one of the dropdown form elements and drag down.

Expected results:
The dropdown should have opened on the mouse down, so that you can drag down to the chosen item and select it with mouseup.

Actual results:
The dropdown no longer opens on mousedown.

kohei. I have heard a couple of other people report that they can no longer expand a select with the keyboard and type the first letter of an option like they could before. For selects that show a search field (product, component) you can start typing a letter or two and find the one you are looking for. Ideally other smaller selects would work this way but not show a search text field. Is this issue related to this or a different bug?
