Steps to reproduce:
Version 115.6.1
Usually accounts that I disable checking that haven't been logged into or have a saved password, repeatedly try to check for email, prompting for login credentials
Actual results:
Constant popups, prompting for password. Multiple of the same, overlapping. "Check for messages at startup" and "Check for new messages every x minutes" should be obeyed as per previous functionality
Expected results:
Accounts with "Check for messages at startup" and "Check for new messages every x minutes" unchecked should not check for email

Hi there. I don't recall which version I had before. I usually keep TB up to date. Probably 115.x
I'm not sure if there's a clue here, but Under Mail and News Accounts section in the troubleshooting Information screen, 24 accounts are listed but in account settings tab there are 18 accounts
I think I found the culprit. Send Later add-on (https://github.com/Extended-Thunder/send-later) has it's own account checking. I disabled the accounts within Send Later and the problem went away!
Appologies for any inconvenience caused!
