Steps to reproduce:
I open the Firefox browser and immediately I get the "Gah. Your tab just crashed message". I then click on the blue "Restore tab" and the proceed tom open a new web page and the problem still persists.
Actual results:
I then uninstalled the program and reinstalled Firefox again. The problem still persists. So when I close the browser, and open it again I get the following application error message"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Once I click OK the message disappears and I can open the browser again, but I get the same GAH. Your tab just crashed message. "
Expected results:
I would have thought by uninstalling and reinstalling the program , the problem would have been sorted out.
I got the Firefox Browser Console Mode file by selecting :
More Tools
Browser Console .
I then right clicked on the message and selected "Save all messages"
The file cannot be open with Firefox. However Notepad works

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Unfortunately I could not reproduce your issue. I did not get any tab crashes whilst testing. Could you please specify what type of installer you used (.exe, .msi) and which version of Firefox you had installed?
The installer was an .exe installer.
The version of Firefox is 121.0.4 (64bit)
I tried again to work on the Firefox browser.
I opened the browser and I type in an address. Once I press enter the screen freezes. If I open a new tab, I get the message:
"Gah. Your tab just crashed". Selecting the "Restore This Tab" also does not give me any luck. So i just close the browser.
If I want to open the browser again, I get the following firefox.exe - Application Error "The application was unable to restart correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application".
