Before promoting the new tier-2 the browsertime-tp6-webextensions and browsertime-tp6m-webextensions jobs as tier-2 we should add perfdocs to briefly describe them.

The failure was triggered by the other patch from Bug 1868144 pushed along with this one to autoland. I'll push both to autoland once my push to try confirmed the fix applied to Bug 1868144 patch.
