Details

As a temporary workaround for crasher bug 182803, we disabled the call to
NSS_Shutdown. This effectively disables all profile switching attempts after any
crypto activity was used in a Gecko session.

Once we have fixed the real problems, we should remove the workaround, by again
enabling the call to NSS_Shutdown in PSM.
