187539 - no information on online form when I submit it

when I go to website and click on bid request or flight report the form comes up
I fill out form, but when I click submit, form manager does not ask if I want to
save info. The composer window comes up, but only info is my E-mail address the
address I am sending it to and bid repuest form in the subject. None of the info
I put on the form shows up in message area just blank

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to website
2.click on bid request or flight report
3.fill in info and click submit

Actual Results:  
composer window comes up with none of the info on it.

Expected Results:  
composer should have had the info listed in the message area

I have checked settings to try to find if I am doing something wrong
in setup. Would like to know if there is something in preferences that I 
am missing.

I have tested this using 
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030502
and it works for me. 

Reporter could you please retest with a more recent build and see if the 
problem persist. If not please resolve this bug as works-for-me
