Open this bug
Scroll up and down
Open https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/#nightly
While the page is loading scroll
Actual results:
Rendering gets clipped

I'm not able to reproduce this, and there's very little information in this bug report to go on (e.g. no screenshot, no indication whether this happens consistently or intermittently, no indication whether the clipped rendering is temporary or persists after the page has finished loading or after you interact with it).
If the clipped rendering is temporary, it may just be checkerboarding, or even just reflect the fact that the page hasn't finished loading yet.
I'm going to close this for now.
