1875648 - Saving localhost freezes firefox

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/119.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a localhost site (HTML only, with PHP, with SQL)
2. press the keybind to save the site (ctrl+s/cmnd+s)
3. Firefox freezes
   Note: this happens on Linux (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS), Windows 11, MacOS Ventura

Actual results:

When saving a localhost firefox opens endless windows to save the locahost site to and completely freezes that firefox window. New windows can be opened in firefox. Only found fix is restarting firefox

Expected results:

Only one window pop-up is opened to save the localhost to and firefox does not freeze up

Correction, bug only occurs on linux, but on all pages (not just localhost)

None of these fixed the issue. It seems happen whenever a Files window (ubuntu standard application) is opened to save or select a file
