Steps to reproduce

1. Have a wallpaper selected
2. Rotate the device into landscape

Expected behavior

The landscape version of a wallpaper should be used

Actual behavior

When rotated in landscape, the landscape version of a wallpaper is never used or the portrait version remains on one side of the screen

Device information

• Android device model: Vivo Y35

• Android OS version: 13

  This issue was first approached in Bug 1809798 and the solution fixed it for android versions until 12. For android version >=13 the issue remains. There seems to be more tickets that have orientation problems on devices with android >=13.
