In Bookmarks Library, when I right click on a web link, I do not see the option to open in a private window. If I click to open, open in a new tab, or in a new window, they all open in a private window.

Steps to reproduce:
In the Bookmarks Library after opening a Firefox non-private window, I find a link under History. When I right-click on a link, I only see Open, Open in New Tab, and Open in New Window; I do not see Open in New Private Tab or Window.
Actual results:
Each time I click Open, Open in New Tab, or Open in New Window, any and all links open in a Private Window.
Expected results:
The web link should open in a new tab in the non-private window I already have open or open in a new non-private window.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Private Browsing' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I can't seem to reproduce this issue in Nightly v123.0a1, Firefox Release v121.0.1 or ESR v115.6.0esr in Windows 10. The context menu option to open in a private window is properly displayed and functioning in Library history links. The Open in a new tab and new window also work as they should.
@daggerdx@comcast.net: Let us attempt to find what is causing your issue:
- Do you have any add-ons that might influence how History works? Please try to reproduce it in safe mode and let us know of the result.
- Can you tell us exactly which Firefox version you are using?
- Do you know of any settings/preferences that you might have modified to cause this?
