It can be difficult to grasp in which sequence events should be emitted (eg network events vs browsingContext events), and finding the relevant specification is sometimes difficult, as it often relies on external specs (html, fetch, ...).

We could try to come up with an internal documentation with easy to follow flow charts + pointers to relevant spec work.
