When I open bookmarks via the menu bar I get a wode band with the my folders on
 the left when I hover over one of the folders to show the individual bookmarks
I only get the first few characters of the name then dots therefore I cannot
read the full name of the bookmark.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open bookmarks from the menu bar
2.move to one of the folders
3.hover over it then I  can't see full name of the bookmark

Actual Results:  
everything as indicated in the summary  above

Expected Results:  
Made the blue backround on which the bookmarks smaller or resizable so the whole
name of the bookmarks contained in folders readable
