After the top level HTML conversion of the message notification it now steals the focus when appearing, as well as being recognized by Windows as a standalone dialog window and can be selected when pressing Meta + TAB to switch through currently opened applications.
The most annoying issue is that it steals focus, especially if you receive a new message when writing a message as all of a sudden the focus is on the popup.
