in an ideal world I would prefer to see:
- mochitest add
--restartAfterFailurecli flag - selected
test-*tasks, 2x the chunks - selected
test-*tasks, 2x the maxRunTime
there might be other ideas for different harnesses or to streamline more workflows (like machine pool selection, dealing with variants, etc.), we can address those in different bugs.
