1876408 - Separate a team and update its components

Change Component Info

Right now, all 6 of these components are mapped to a single BMO team called Pocket and User Journey:

Firefox::New Tab Page
Firefox::Pocket
Firefox::Activity Streams: General
Firefox::Activity Streams: Timeline
Firefox::Activity Streams: Server Operations
Firefox::Messaging System

But now, different teams work on New Tab Page vs. Pocket vs. Messaging System, and "User Journey" has been renamed within the Firefox org. Also, the Activity Stream components are no longer used. So, we would like to:

1. replace this team with 2 new teams — Onboarding, Messaging, and Communication and New Tab Page
2. move Firefox::Pocket to the existing Other team
3. archive all the Activity stream components in the "Firefox Graveyard".

We would like to keep the triage owners of these 3 components the same as they are right now, as indicated in the table.

Additionally, we'd like the following old components to be archived. The components are not documented anywhere, nor are they referenced in moz.build files, nor do they have triage owners, so it would be good to clean them up and shouldn't cause any issues. I'm told by dveditz that we should change the team name for them too though, so we don't keep a reference to a nonexistent team hanging around unnecessarily. So, give those to the Mozilla team, or the Other team?
