Firefox doesn't cache Reddit videos

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:122.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/122.0
Steps to reproduce:
1- I play a Reddit video
2- I reply the video again
Actual results:
the video will re-downloaded no matter how short is the video
Expected results:
The video should be replied from the cache, as I have 5g connection and limited data each month. I noticed this issue only with Reddit.
