Steps to reproduce:

I went to the trash folder and selected a message to look at it. Then I right-clicked the trash folder and selected Empty Trash.

Actual results:

The list of messages in the trash folder was cleared. However, the message that I had been looking at in the message pane remained. When I left the trash folder and then came back to it, the message pane was cleared.

Expected results:

When I emptied the trash with the trash folder selected, the message pane should also be cleared.
