There is a lot of stutter, but the "slow swapchain" mechanism did not trigger.
Maybe it should?

Profile withe the "graphics" preset logging (from about:logging) : https://share.firefox.dev/47QmHN1
Could it be because for some strange reason the video is taking alternate 33ms and 16ms time to render, and that doesnt trigger the slow swapchain mechanism?
