Tab changes contents when it's not supposed to.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 3 pages in 3 tabs
2. View the second tab's contents
3. From the second tab select the first tab's tab menu
4 Select close tab

Actual Results:
Tab 2's content becoms that of tab 3.

Expected Results:
Tab 2's content should not change.

It's possible to work around the glitch by viewing another tab and going back.
That is a old bug.
