1877137 - Tabs moved/pinned to taskbar from a private window cannot be returned into the main Firefox instance (pageAction no longer works)

Preconditions:

1. Access the extension details page in about:addons and allow it access to Private Windows

STR:

1. Open a private window and access https://www.wikipedia.org/
2. Click the pageAction to move/pin the tab to taskbar
3. Notice the tab is moved/pinned to taskbar without issues
4. On the moved/pinned tab, click the pageAction to return the tab to the main Firefox instance
5. Observe that the tab is not returned to the main Firefox instance and that only the focus switches from the moved/pinned tab to the main Firefox instance
6. In the main Firefox instance, open the extension panel and attempt to uninstall the site
7. Observe the uninstall button no longer works
8. Close the moved/pinned tab and attempt to uninstall it again
9. Notice uninstalling the site works now

Expected:

1. Users should be able to return tabs moved/pinned from Private Windows back to the main Firefox instance via the pageAction
2. Users should be able to uninstall sites

Actual:

1. The pageAction no longer works on tabs moved/pinned from Private Windows to return them to the main Firefox instance
2. Uninstalling the moved/pinned tab is also no longer possible

:acornestean, if you think that's a regression, could you try to find a regression range using for example mozregression?

We've chosen to disable private browsing for this extension. As such this bug is no longer relevant.
