On my laptop, the mozilla scrollbars look strange. Looks like the repainting
does not work properly when the scroll bar button is moved. Strange line
patterns keep appearing and changing when I move the scroll bar. See the URL for
an example picture. (The frame of the Dilbert comic is also displayed distorted.)
The Laptop has a ATI Rage Mobility PCI graphic adapter, maybe this is causing
the problem. No other application has this problem. The problem is with all
Mozilla themes I have tested.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start Mozilla on my Laptop :-)

Expected Results:
Display scroll bars correctly
does the problem go away when you set your graphic card acceleration to the "Max
-1" level on the the throbber for "graphical acceleration" in graphic card ->
properties -> advanced ? This usually disables cursor acceleration.
Did you upgrade to latest ATI video driver from ati.com ?
Summary: weird scrollbar display, repaint incomplete. Horizontal line pattern in vertical scrollbar. → weird scrollbar display, repaint incomplete. Horizontal line pattern in vertical scrollbar.
Decreasing the graphic card acceleration removed the problem.
Thank you!
