It sounds like something is trying to use a statement that has already been finalized, I don't think it's a bug in Storage, but rather the consumer trying to use a Storage statement too late during shutdown (mozilla::AppShutdown::AdvanceShutdownPhase).
I think it's from comm/calendar/test/unit/test_storage_connection.js, I hope I'm getting the right component.
