Preconditions:

Modify the following pref via about:config: browser.search.region set to CA
Have some saved credit cards

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to: https://www.newegg.ca/
2. Login with a valid account
3. Go to your account
4. Select Payment options.
5. Add a payment option -> Credit or debit card.
   Tap on the "Card number" text box and observe the behavior.

Expected result:

The dropdown list for selecting a CC is displayed.

Actual result:

The dropdown list for selecting a CC is not initially displayed on the first attempt.

This issue is not reproducible on Chrome.
