make sure screenshots.browser.component.last-saved-method is set to download
make sure screenshots.browser.component.enabled is set to true

  1. open screenshots
  2. drag region in overlay
  3. shift + tab to move focus to copy button

ER:
focus is visibly moved to copy button

AR:
focus is moved to copy button but it is not visible
