To better understand what is occurring in default browser interventions, we would like to expand default agent notification telemetry as follows:
- Track if notifications are disabled by the OS.
- Time between sending notifications and interacting with notifications.
- Track if a default browser intervention is pending interaction in subsequent Default Agent invocations.
