Syncing does something to firefox settings that causes my theme to be reset everytime I unfocus the window.

Steps to reproduce:
Enable a theme, start the sync, unfocus the window, reenter the window and done, the theme should switch back to what it was before your change (other theme or default)
Actual results:
What is described above
Expected results:
The newly installed theme should have stayed enabled.
(This can be fixed if you change the services.sync.prefs.sync.extensions.activeThemeID flag on a new installation right after enabling syncing). This should be made more clear to the user as nobody would understand that a theme is an extension.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Sync' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Sorry you hit this, and yeah, it's all quite messy. We hope to work more on addons soon, but in the meantime we are tracking this in bug 1673624.
